Catherine attended Walden University where she completed her bachelors and masters degree in nursing. Golda is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who manages and treats a wide range of mental health concerns including mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and insomnia, and life transitions. She has 24 years of acute care experience and possesses strong critical care skills. She focuses her practice on providing quality and evidenced-based care to her clients while using a compassionate approach. Golda graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, and then received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University.

My name is Emily Gitau, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), working with adult patients across the state of Virginia. My expertise is in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD, using a combination of both medications and therapy when needed. Natalie works with adults ages 18-65 with difficulties such as anxiety, depression, and OCD and other mental health concerns. She likes to work closely with her clients to develop the best plan of care to suit their individual needs. Natalie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Liberty University and completed her Master of Science in Nursing through Walden University. Natalie is a native of the Richmond area. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. In her spare time she also enjoys fitness, reading, and working with her Labrador Retriever, Remi.

I am a Psychiatrist with dual training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry along with Adult Psychiatry. I specialize in treating mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, behavioral problems and incorporate my knowledge of psychotherapy along with psychopharmacology in my treatment approach. I provide psychotherapy and medication management as indicated, often in combination with an emphasis on care that is interactive and customized to best meet the individual needs of the person. I assess my patient's needs and tailor my approach to address them. I closely work with families as a unit of assessment and also as a unit of treatment.

I believe in allowing clients to have a safe space to be their authentic self and feel comfortable in doing so. Getting to know you as a person is very important and can greatly assist in many aspects of treatment, and a therapeutic relationship. I stress that a mental health diagnosis is no different than any other medical diagnosis you may receive and should be treated as such. If a mental health diagnosis is made, believe that this is only a piece of you and does not define you as a person, often stressing that diagnostics are not the primary focus.

She has worked with individuals and families, providing a therapeutic yet effective structure for producing positive outcomes.

Dr. Peace Peters is a doctoral-trained board-certified family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner. Dr. Peace specializes across lifespans, treating all ages from children, adolescents, adults and geriatric mental health and wellness. Dr. Peters serves Maryland and Virginia. She has over 20 years of healthcare experience working in different healthcare settings in inpatient and outpatient in the DMV area. Her experience includes working in; general medicine and surgery, bariatric surgery, telemetry, orthopedics, pediatric medicine, Critical Care Unit and long-term care.
