Many have asked me what does ALIGN mean or stand for. ALIGN stands for the steps that one must take when attempting to align themselves back to their "baseline." or better! A vehicle comes out of alignment gradually over time from treading over minor imperfections as do we. One should realize the process for alignment again does not happen overnight nor is it a lifetime guarantee. Mrs. Bonner is a certified family nurse practitioner and board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, with over 8 years of healthcare experience in a variety of settings. Mrs. Bonner focuses on holistic patient-centered care and utilizes evidence-based practice modalities while focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.

As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I believe in the importance of providing holistic care when managing one’s mental health needs.

Our company offers psychiatric services, led by our psychiatric NP who can diagnose and prescribe medications. We also are excited to offer help for treatment resistant depression. We are proud to offer Spravato at our location and will work with you to see if insurance will cover. Our autonomous psychiatric NP and autonomous family NPs are accepting patients for prescription management as well as other services.

Rosemary Jackson is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master’s of Science from the University of Cincinnati, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Chatham University. Rosemary has been board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for over ten years and has worked in both the inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. She has been working with mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma while specializing in military mental health.

I am a warm, compassionate psychiatric nurse practitioner devoted to helping people overcome difficulties and thrive. I employ a humanistic approach that looks at the whole person to understand how elements in the past and factors in the present environment can contribute to your current challenges. I listen deeply and work with you to find the right mix of evidence-based therapies and medications to address your particular needs. I have a special interest in depression, anxiety, personality disorders, addiction issues, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.

Alice Sesay is a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in providing mental health services to a diverse population, with different cultural and religious backgrounds. This also includes children, adolescents, and adults with various psychiatric mental health conditions.

Latricia is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience. Latricia has been providing services to her community for many years and she is grateful and honored to be able to provide mental health services to her community. Latricia’s goal is to provide patient-centered mental health services to clients six and up with diverse backgrounds and mental health disorders. She aims to incorporate the whole person in treating her clients. Latricia’s mission is to help clients improve their quality of life by providing the tools needed to help increase their mental stability.

Dr. Nuwordu is a board-certified Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with inclusive training and experience in treating psychiatric disorders in inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Nuwordu worked with Active/retired military Service members, underprivileged clients in correctional facilities in four Virginia counties. Dr. Nuwordu is compassionate and thoughtful makes every effort to provide and guarantee her clients comprehensive and best available treatment that is individually centered in an empathic environment. Dr. Nuwordu has a personal passion for helping people and believes that the Sound mind builds a healthy body.
