Shannon is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Utah. She has 20 years of experience working in mental health with an emphasis in substance use disorders. She is passionate about studying the use of psychedelic medicine to assist in therapy and healing of depression, anxiety, grief and existential concerns. She has participated in MAPS Conferences and completed two different psilocybin assisted therapy trainings taught by expert team members of The Johns Hopkins Center for Psychedelic and Consciousness Research.

Dr. Bentley graduated with an Associate’s Degree of Science in Nursing from Weber State University, a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing from Western Governor’s University, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Utah. He has been working in healthcare for the past 8 years with a wide variety of experience including patients of all ages, while in inpatient, outpatient, and homecare settings.

Suzanne Peterson is a Utah native and earned her bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Utah. Many years ago while taking nursing classes, her 3-year old daughter was diagnosed with leukemia, which caused Suzanne to become intensely interested in pediatric care. After her daughter entered remission, she worked in pediatric oncology for years, but Suzanne saw a great need for pediatric and family mental health services given the difficult situations she’d encountered in pediatric oncology. She returned to graduate school and graduated from Georgetown to become a family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in mental health.

Shane is an advanced practice nurse (APRN) who holds dual master's degrees as an MSN-ED, and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from the University of Cincinnati. Shane has worked in the medical field since 2004 and specialized in critical care nursing where he cared for his fellow veterans at the Salt Lake City Veterans Hospital. He has served in the military for 20 years and is currently a provider in the Utah Air National Guard med group. John is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned his Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Utah. He has 7 years of experience working in mental health with an emphasis in anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and adolescent psychiatry. His doctoral thesis focused of lifestyle modifications to improve mental wellness and resilience. He understands that everyone is unique, requiring personalized treatment plans.

Dr. Moyers is a graduate of the University of Utah's top-ranked Doctor of Nursing Practice program in Psychiatry and Mental Health where he was an R. Harold Burton Fellow. He has worked in all levels of psychiatric care over the last 12 years. His experience began as a psychiatric technician working with pediatric and adolescent patients, as a nurse with young adults in addiction recovery, and then as a charge nurse at the Utah State Hospital pediatric unit. Doctorate-level internships were completed at Polizzi Clinic, the Utah State Hospital, the VA Hospital, and West Ridge Academy.

Mitzy Stewart is an advance practice registered nurse (APRN). She has in nursing for 45 years and has worked as a APRN for 20 years. She graduated with a masters degree in education and administration from the University of Phoenix and as an APRN from the University of Utah in 2003. She has enjoyed working with a variety of populations, which include the seriously mentally ill homeless population, substance abuse and all types of mental health settings. She approaches every client that she sees with an open mind and to allow the client to be a partner in their own treatment.

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a prescribing provider who can diagnose and treat ADHD, depression, anxiety disorder, post-partum depression and insomnia.
