My Name is Helen Anyiam. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse NP with Doctorate Degree in nursing. My goal is to work collaboratively with the client and their family to reduce mental health symptoms. I help clients achieve better functioning and improved wellbeing. I provide thorough Psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis and treatment of various mental health services. I specialized in the treatment of Major Depression, Anxiety disorder, substance abuse/addiction, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, PTSD and other mental health disorder.

Kubara Psychiatry is a Practitioner owned practice that offers mental and behavioral Health services to children, adolescents and adults. We provide onsite and an online virtual office that provides services via telehealth visits. Telehealth allows the client access to mental and behavioral healthcare from the comfort of home or their individual space. We pride ourselves on ensuring our practitioners provide an individualized and well-rounded approach to treatment and healing. We evaluate each client’s needs and work together to find the best treatment plan that will benefit the client the most.

Dr. Jin is a double board-certified addiction psychiatrist at Modern Psychiatry Center. She specializes in medication management of various psychiatric conditions, such as depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, PTSD and ADHD. Her area of expertise lies in the treatment of substance use disorders, especially Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) with buprenorphine. Dr. Jin offers only video appointments. Our treatment methods help you find wellness while keeping you out of the hospital. With an interdisciplinary approach, InnerSpace combines therapeutic and psychiatric modalities. We specialize in treating mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD and learning disorders, and various forms of addiction. Group sessions occur on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4 pm to 7 pm. The program also includes individual therapy, individual psychiatry sessions, family sessions, treatment planning, and a feedback session upon completion of the program.
