I also aim to stay up to date with the latest advances in mental health treatment. I believe in a patient-centered approach to care, which means I work collaboratively with my patients to develop a personalized treatment plan.
I am an experienced psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner who, during the Covid-19 pandemic, realized the huge shortage of mental health providers and massive gaps in mental health care and went back to school to change my focus. I currently offer medication management and brief psychotherapy appointments for a wide range of mental health conditions.
I strive to ensure my patients feel heard. I will take time to listen carefully to your concerns, assess your symptoms and examine possible contributors, answer questions, and provide you with the support you need for informed decision-making and optimal mental health.
