My passion for collaboration and client advocacy, combined with nearly 15 years' nursing and mental health experience, means that I am uniquely suited to help clients identify challenges, and enabling them to meet their mental health goals. While all visits are provided via telehealth, I reside in the community I serve, and I believe that enabling individuals to grow stronger also enables communities to grow stronger. Through my years spent in training and practicing Psychiatry-Mental Health Nursing, I have learned that the solution is rarely as simple as taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

My ideal clients seek comprehensive, compassionate psychiatric care. I work with adults and children, helping them overcome a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD. I embrace a holistic approach, combining mindfulness-based practices with medication management. Clients value my dual certifications that honor the mind-body connection. I also assist those with ADHD, bipolar/mood disorders, eating disorders, and behavioral/emotional challenges across the lifespan—children, adolescents, and adults. Ideally my patient is as invested in their care as I am. They could have a variety of diagnoses but the thing they have in common is they are willing to give the process time, are open to new ideas, and know there is no magic pill to fix all their problems. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is an FDA-Approved (2008) treatment for patients suffering from treatment resistant major depression, offering an alternative to treatment resistant medication. TMS is covered by most insurance providers, including Medicare. The TMS protocol offered at Spark TMS is established for the patient under the direct supervision of Andrew Peshek, M.D. Dr. Peshek has over 15 years of experience in the field of psychiatry. He obtained his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, and then completed his residency and fellowship at The University of Pennsylvania.

While she has extensive experience in understanding medication dosing and drug interactions, she provides holistic treatments, to ensure optimal patient care.
