Antidepressants not working? TMS is an FDA approved non-medication based option, covered by insurance. It activates cells in the brain that tend to be under-active in depression and also promotes release of neurotransmitters that help mood. TMS targets the part of the brain specifically involved in mood regulation. TMS also works on a concept called neuroplasticity. Stimulating the left prefrontal cortex can induce the brain into creating new pathways for effective transmission. Dr. Yin offers other evidence based treatments too.

Melissa Jackson is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner practicing in Wisconsin since 2020. Melissa has a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Carroll College and a Master's of Science in Nursing from Maryville University. She has experience providing care in a variety of settings including inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs and outpatient. Melissa believes in developing a therapeutic relationship and including the client in all treatment decisions.

Stefanie provides a comfortable, judgment-free space to discuss patient concerns and formulate a treatment plan that incorporates not only the latest evidence-based approaches but the best plan of care for the patient and their specific circumstances and needs. Her compassion and love for her work with the mental health community shines brightly with her infectious personality and boisterous laugh.

I am a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a Mental Health Specialty certification. I offer psychological evaluations and provide medication management services for the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc. I treat children and adolescents ages 4 through 21.

Dr. Hilary Tesch is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2017. Hilary has a Bachelor's in Nursing from Carroll University, a Master's of Nursing from Alverno College, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Dr. Tesch offers a safe space for clients to have a session focusing on their needs in the moment. Dr. Tesch believes in positive therapeutic rapport, with the client being the expert of their life and needs. Dr. Tesch offers education, therapy, and medication management in all sessions.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide psychiatric medication management to all ages. Telehealth appointments MAY be available ONLY after a face-to-face visit has been completed.

Dr. Denise Davis is a psychiatrist who has been practicing since 1998. She graduated from The Medical College of WI with honors and then completed a psychiatry residency again through The Medical College of WI Affiliated Hospitals. She believes in educating the patient on different treatment options and working together to find the best course of care. Her main areas of focus include depression and anxiety. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, pets and travelling.

Accepting new patients. Nicole focuses on developing trust and therapeutic relationships with the patients and families she works with. She has a strong passion for treating patients holistically. She is dedicated to reducing stigma regarding mental health and helping patients achieve their goals and live full lives. Prior to specializing in mental health, Nicole has practiced as a nurse practitioner in acute care setting for past 8 years.

She is very excited to draw on her 18 years of nursing experience and her previous licensure as a counselor to provide a full spectrum of psychiatric care. She is always researching new and better ways to help people accomplish their mental health goals. Her practice is client-centered, holistic, and tailored to meet both medical and counseling goals of individuals. She has a huge interest in helping people meet their goals with natural medications/supplements and with the help of genetic testing for individuals that interested.

Amy is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) serving patients eighteen and older. Her background of more than fifteen years of experience in medicine offers her a wealth of first-hand knowledge, giving her an unmatched skillset in both understanding medical systems and in providing mental health care.

Christine Foster is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Illinois who has been practicing since 2001. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University for PMHNP and UIC for FNP. Christine's experience is wide and varied, with expertise in child/adolescent psychiatry, ages 5 years and older, adult psychiatry, and substance use disorders. She offers compassionate care and integrity in her professional relationships with children/families and adults, which include pregnant women and those over age 65. Christine is also registered with the Clozapine REMS program.

Accepting New Patients. Allen is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with several years of clinical experience.

My passion is helping people with Depression. I want my patients to feel empowered because their symptoms leave them feeling powerless. One of my most important roles as a psychiatrist is to instill hope for my patients. Depression is treatable, and with TMS therapy along with medication management, we have even more options for patients who struggle.

Dr. Lauri Lowenbraun is a board certified adult psychiatrist who has been treating patients in the Milwaukee area for over twenty years. Following her residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where she served as Chief Resident, she settled locally to provide care for the psychiatric needs in her community. Dr. Lowenbraun enjoys treating a full range of psychiatric conditions in adults 18 years and older. Her primary focus, however, includes the treatment of all mood and anxiety disorders. She further values the supportive therapeutic alliance she establishes with her patients.
