I have experience working with adolescents and adults facing various complex mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, insomnia, and mood disorders. I use a combination of medication management (I include Spravato as a treatment choice) and talk therapy to create a solid plan for my patients, and make sure that they know what their treatment plan is.
