Hi! I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in multiple settings facing various complex mental health issues, including ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and mood disorders.

My interest in medicine can be traced back to my early childhood. I come from a family with several generations of physicians. My father, a pediatrician, had the greatest influence on me. What amazed me the most about him was the amount of care and genuine concern that he demonstrated for his patients, which in my mind are essential for an ideal physician. I received my bachelors degree from Columbia University, majoring in psychology. Vincent Van Gogh once said: "After all there is nothing in the world as interesting as people, and one can never study them enough."

My approach to mental health follows a holistic and wellness model. I believe each individual is unique and aim to preserve that uniqueness when comprising a treatment plan. Most of my clinical expertise was developed in New York City and San Francisco treating children, adolescents, and adults with an extremely wide array of problems. I also served as the Director of the New York University Nurse Practitioner program. Authenticity and non-judgment drive my practice. I served as a nurse in several fields and joined the Army Reserve as a medic. In 2021, I earned my Master of Science in Nursing at National University. I specialize in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy for patients with depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
