In tandem with our psychopharmacological treatment, I tend to encourage targeted psychotherapy alongside for those patients who do not currently have therapists. The ideal client is someone motivated to learn how to tackle their mental health issues in a holistic approach. They may have difficulty navigating life transitions, dealing with depression, anxiety, or attention deficit issues. They are looking for an integrative approach to their mental health care, one that includes medications, supplements, therapy, and coaching. They want a comprehensive approach that may additional testings to fully understand the root of their issues.

I am a psychiatrist who is trained in psychodynamic therapy and tend to be Jungian in orientation. I prefer a combination of medication management and psychotherapy. My hope is that individuals will have symptom relief and develop an improved understanding of themselves. I will provide an initial evaluation and review historical information. I will also request other testing when clinically indicated.

I am Board certified in Adult and Child psychiatry by American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I have 12+ years of experience working with wide range of mental health issues. I believes that a thorough assessment of all aspects of mental health followed by collaborative treatment planning is key to successful treatment.
