I am a psychiatrist who is trained in psychodynamic therapy and tend to be Jungian in orientation. I prefer a combination of medication management and psychotherapy. My hope is that individuals will have symptom relief and develop an improved understanding of themselves. I will provide an initial evaluation and review historical information. I will also request other testing when clinically indicated.

I offer insight oriented therapy, focusing on ones patterns from the past, while looking at creating a sense of meaning in the present and into the future. Therapy is non-directive, sessions go where the client wishes to go. At the core of the work is the desire for meaningful change rather than taking on a passive role in one's life.
