I am a board certified psychiatrist. I have a telepsychiatric practice where I see clients all over Florida and New York state. I am licensed in both states. My concierge practice specializes in medication management to treat psychiatric issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and all other psychiatric needs of the patient. I approach each client in a nonjudgmental manner to help decrease and eliminate symptoms and achieve treatment goals. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual.

Dr. Osman Athar is board certified in General Psychiatry and board eligible in Consult-Liaison Psychiatry. He graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in English from Rice University, from McGovern Medical School for his medical doctorate and went on to complete Psychiatry residency at the University of Texas-Houston where he served as a chief resident. Afterwards, he completed fellowship in Consult-Liaison Psychiatry at Louisiana State University - Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans.

All patients are ideal to me. They come with a unique set of circumstances that require individualized treatment plans. The treatment will consist of medication management (if required), referrals, and counseling. The goal is to return the individual to a healthier self in mind and body. I can offer comprehensive care consisting psychiatric medication management in collaboration with your other treating providers.

Dr. Cindy Rossetti is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. She has been practicing for over 13 years. Dr. Rossetti received her medical degree from The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. She completed her general psychiatry residency at University of Kentucky in Lexington where she was chief resident. She worked at Eastern State Hospital in Kentucky treating severe and persistent mental illness. She spent most of her post graduate time providing outpatient care in a rural and underserved area of Arkansas.

Dr. Caitlin Meyer is a board- certified in adult psychiatry with experience in a wide variety of psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety, women’s mental health, and ADHD. Dr. Meyer’s practice is focused on medication management with supportive therapy offered in 30-minute follow-up visits. Dr. Meyer received her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas where she received the North Texas Society of Psychiatric Physician’s Award for outstanding medical student in Psychiatry. She pursued her residency in adult psychiatry at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.

I am a dual board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse and family nurse practitioner who has worked in academic, inpatient and outpatient settings for over ten years. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing Education from Villanova University and Family Practice from Northern Illinois University. After receiving my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, I had post-doctorate training in psychopharmacology and psychotherapeutic mental health treatment at the University of Massachusetts Global.

I am a board-certified, Harvard-trained psychiatrist providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management and therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in helping individuals with ADHD, depression, autism and those who are  gender-diverse or other LGBTQ+ individuals. I believe in guiding and empowering you to make your own decisions about what is right for you and your mental health. Whether through diagnosis, medication, or therapy, I will help you meet your personal treatment goals. Ultimately, I believe the relationship between the clinician and the patient is the most important factor in treatment.

My practice focuses on treating adults (18+yo) with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and C-PTSD. I incorporate up-to-date evidenced-based approaches, which may include Trauma-Informed Care and Counseling, Psychopharmacology (the use of medications to help treat mental health conditions, if appropriate), health, medical, and psycho-education counseling, and therapeutic support in a non-judgmental, thoughtful, and safe space. Dr. Patricia Klaine is an attending physician working at Talkiatry. She is board certified in adult psychiatry. After completing her training in adult psychiatry, she continued her education by completing a fellowship in consultation-liaison psychiatry which enables her to confidently treat patients with a variety of medical comorbidities. Dr. Klaine focuses on medication management. She offers this in addition to supportive psychotherapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. For some patients, it may be important to bring in additional psychotherapy for well-rounded care.

Dr. Angela Shields is a board-certified adult and addiction psychiatrist with over 10 years of experience. Dr. Shields’ clinical expertise includes treating adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders and substance abuse. Dr. Shields’ greatest passion is bringing healing and hope to those experiencing stress in their lives. Dr. Shields takes an evidence-based, whole health approach to patient care and believes in meeting you “where you are” on your road to recovery. Dr. Shields will welcome you with empathy and sincerity combined with a direct approach to treatment.

Dr. O'Brien is a board eligible adult psychiatrist who completed his medical education at Northeast Ohio Medical University. Following his graduation from NEOMED, he completed a residency in Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at West Virginia University/Charleston Area Medical Center. Throughout his training, he has enjoyed working in both outpatient and hospital settings and has a great passion for medical education and teaching the next generation of mental healthcare providers.

Dr. Matthew Koller is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who is joining the Talkiatry team as a staff psychiatrist after completion of his psychiatry residency. Dr. Koller believes that a person must be known before they are treated, and he works with patients to understand their goals of care while prioritizing a collaborative treatment approach. His practice focuses on medication management, however he allows space for supportive therapy and other therapeutic modalities within sessions. He may include a therapist in the treatment plan for optimal care.

I am a Harvard, Columbia/Cornell, and UC San Francisco trained adult, child/adolescent, and addiction psychiatrist. In addition to treating mental health disorders across the lifespan (depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, for instance), I have particular expertise and experience in treating people of any age with co-occurring struggles with substances, such as opioids, methamphetamine, cocaine, benzodiazepines, cannabis, and alcohol.
