My professional background is Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry. I am also board certified in Forensic Psychiatry. I am currently on faculty at NYU School of Medicine and I have been an attending psychiatrist at the NYU Medical Center, where I worked for three years as the Director of the Young Adult Unit. I specialize in treating children, teens and adults. I have extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of many areas of concern including but not limited to anxiety, OCD, depression, attentional disorders, acting out behaviors as well as issues concerning relationships, career and identity.

Dr. Tali Tuvia is a board certified child and adolescent and adult psychiatrist. She works as an attending psychiatrist at Mount Sinai St. Lukes Hospital, where she sees patients in the Child and Family Institute. Dr. Tuvia also holds a position as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she supervises residents and fellows in training. She completed her psychiatry training at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. To deepen her therapeutic skills, Dr. Tuvia is completing a fellowship at Columbia University in child and adolescent psychodynamic psychotherapy.

I have a fellowship in psychoanalysis from NYU and a 2 year of psychodynamic psychotherapy training at Willam Alanson White Institute , NYC.

Dr. Sophie Weinberg is a double board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. She completed her General Psychiatry residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, and her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, NY. Dr. Weinberg’s approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and holistic, emphasizing the importance of a healthy diet, sleep, exercise, and other pleasurable activities to heal the body and mind.

My work centers around psychotherapy; including developmentally appropriate psychodynamic, CBT, and play therapies. I started my career as a child psychiatrist and a researcher 20 years ago. I was interested not only in biological basis of mental disorders, but in psychotherapy and the concept of change. I also offer pharmacotherapy and medication management when appropriate. That being said, 25% of my patients are not on any medication since I employ non-medicinal interventions that help remediate psychiatric symptoms whenever possible. Dr. Clark is a double board-certified psychiatrist specializing in General and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She completed her psychiatry residency training at Baylor College of Medicine and subsequent child fellowship at UT Health Science Center of Houston. She has provided quality patient-centered care in various community mental health, inpatient, outpatient, residential, consult liaison and emergency room settings in Texas and New Jersey.
