Hello and welcome to my practice. I am Dr Rezk; Board Certified Psychiatrist. I graduated from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. I also did Psychodynamic psychotherapy fellowship at MSSM. My interest is towards my patients and my patients are my priority. I love my career and I love to take care of my patients. My 2 private Practice locations are at Bay Ridge BK and Astoria Queens which is very convenient and near transportation. We handle the work in a great team work manner and do great patients' care.

My approach to psychiatry is simple. I look at your life thoroughly; from your DNA up through your relationships. Problems in any of the layers of life can cause mental health issues. Once the areas of concern are identified, I will construct a treatment plan to address it. My approach comes from years of working through challenging patient cases as a provider, and personally being on the receiving end of overlooked issues in my own care. I cannot promise to have all of the answers, but I can promise to help you gain insights into the areas of concern in your mental health.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist and graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and New York University (NYU). After graduating as chief resident, I went on to pursue a fellowship and work in the public sector serving those most in need. My clients often include those that have been struggling with difficulties that impair their day to day function, leaving them unsatisfied, unhappy or struggling with inner turmoil or anxiety. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with several years of experience in nursing and healthcare. My expertise lies in the treatment of psychiatric conditions such as ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. My practice is especially focused on addressing the mental health needs of those with ADHD, family trauma, relationship issues, and underserved communities, providing compassionate and understanding care for the diverse challenges they face. I believe in personalized, holistic patient care, crafting treatment plans that are uniquely tailored to each individual's specific needs and circumstances.

I seek out patients who are weary of their mental burdens so I can give them the care that they need and deserve.

Robert Terrelonge, APRN, PMHNP is a licensed Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in private practice in New York. He provides treatment for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. As a Nurse Practitioner, Mr. Terrelonge sees patients independently and offers many of the same services as a Psychiatrist, yet combines both medical and nursing perspectives. He currently serves Patients in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island and uses both office visits and tele-psychiatry to provide easy, affordable and convenient psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.

I’m a psychiatrist who specializes in providing integrative care to foster inner discovery and facilitate tangible change for all of my patients. To me, this means utilizing evidence-based psychotherapeutic methods with medication management as appropriate for achieving personal goals and inner wellness. My integrative knowledge base ensures that each patient’s physical, mental, and spiritual factors are considered holistically in their healing journey. I strive to make sessions collaborative, effective, meaningful, and empowering, for all of my clients. I also supervise psychiatry physicians in training at Orange Park HCA Hospital.

I am a psychiatrist who is trained in psychodynamic therapy and tend to be Jungian in orientation. I prefer a combination of medication management and psychotherapy. My hope is that individuals will have symptom relief and develop an improved understanding of themselves. I will provide an initial evaluation and review historical information. I will also request other testing when clinically indicated.

I am Board certified in Adult and Child psychiatry by American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I have 12+ years of experience working with wide range of mental health issues. I believes that a thorough assessment of all aspects of mental health followed by collaborative treatment planning is key to successful treatment. I partner with patients for their treatment goals and strives to provide holistic mental health care using up to date advancements in medications and therapy.
