My name is Dr Annette Smith, I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) graduate from Columbia University. In my experience as a PMHNP, I treated children and adults from vulnerable populations such as those from the LGBTQIA+ community, ethnic minorities and those suffering from homelessness. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I am fluent in English and Twi and have elementary proficiency in German.

Dr. Cameron Mahle achieved his medical doctorate from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. His specialty training was completed at the Mount Sinai Hospital System. He obtained dual undergrad degrees in biology and anthropology at The Ohio State University. In addition to private practice, Dr. Mahle works at local NYC hospitals as an attending psychiatrist. Here he manages psychiatric emergencies and trains/supervises resident psychiatrists and medical students. Dr. Mahle's training had special emphasis in psychodynamic psychotherapy; a school of thought geared towards high-functioning and intelligent individuals.

Dr. Courtney Allen is double board-certified in adult and geriatric psychiatry and specializes in medication management and various psychotherapies to treat anxiety and depressive disorders. Dr. Allen completed her undergraduate studies at Spelman College and received her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. She completed her adult psychiatry residency and geriatric psychiatry fellowship at Montefiore/Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Liss was born and raised in a neighborhood in the North Bronx. He attended Queens College, CUNY where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Hebrew. He completed Medical school at NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY and thereafter was accepted to NUMC for psychiatry residency training. For his final year of residency, Dr. Liss was appointed to the position of Chief Resident at NUMC, Nassau University Medical Center.

She attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University, and completed her psychiatry residency at Stony Brook University Medical Center. After graduating residency, she was appointed clinical assistant professor at Renaissance School of Medicine, where she worked at Treatment Resistant Depression Clinic. Jenny supports adult patients in meeting their treatment goals, collaborating with patients' friends and family when necessary.

Ashely Sansom, DNP, PMHNP-BC is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She obtained a Master and Doctor of Nursing Science from Columbia University and specializes in diagnosis, medication management, and therapy. Dr. Sansom has practiced in a variety of settings, allowing her to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families with a wide range of disorders including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.

My 30 years experience as a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst has taught me that people who are suffering need an approach that considers them as whole people in the context of their entire lives, their private concerns, family, work, and relationship experiences and problems, and not just for their symptom complexes.
