My name is Kyle Wiktor and I have been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2001 and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner since 2012. I have worked in most areas of inpatient and outpatient mental health and chemical dependency. I am comfortable with most general psychiatric issues. I am a good listener and I want to understand what you want and need for treatment and then see how we can work together to accomplish the goals. I started in general medical care but found my passion was working with clients experiencing mental health and chemical dependency issues.

Toba has experience treating a range of psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, and schizophrenia; in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. He currently renders care to the young adult (17) and older adult population. When treating clients who are experiencing mental health issues it is very important to understand the other elements that may serve as contributing factors for their diagnosis. I have been both a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and a Pediatric Medical Registered Nurse for over 15 years. I have helped heal the child physically, and emotionally. I’ve assisted pre-teens and teenagers through their transition into adulthood. My youngest patient was one hour old, my eldest was 102 years old. I have traveled the country and have met, cared for, and treated people of different backgrounds, cultures, socioeconomic status, race, sexual orientation, and gender. My work experience as a Psychiatric NP includes an emergency room, outpatient, and inpatient psychiatric unit.

I am an experienced, Columbia University-trained psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, and I specialize in treating patients who require psychodynamic treatment to understand themselves and their problems more deeply; medications; or often a combination of the two. Choice of treatment modality is always dependent on the needs and preferences of the patient.

Anxiety, Depression, Attention problems can cause significant difficulties in life. I provide medication management and at my Garden City location offer TMS therapy. TMS or Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is non-invasive treatment for Depression for patients who have not responded to medications and therapy. It does not require anesthesia and only requires at an average 20-30 minutes. Most patients are able to drive back home and resume daily activities.

Saaema (she/her) is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping individuals attain mental well-being, using a collaborative and individualized approach with each client. She works closely with her clients to help them achieve their goals using a combination of evidence-based treatments and within the context of the clients’ cultural, spiritual, and religious beliefs. Saaema specializes in medication management and non-pharmacological approaches that link our mind and body experiences. She will work with you to tailor a medication regimen after a thorough evaluation.
