Our caring and professional board-certified psychiatrists see children, adolescents, and adults for both medication management and psychotherapy. Dr. Duke-Sui and Dr. Boyer are board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. They offer both psychotherapy and medication management.

I was an Army Psychiatrist for more than 20 years and treated everyone from privates to general officers. My clinical duties took me from Hawaii to Afghanistan and many places in between. I practice a comprehensive approach to medicine and believe strongly in the importance of treating the mind, body, and spirit to achieve wellness. The sacred relationship between the physician and patient can be just as important as the medicine or therapy provided. Thus, I provide longer comprehensive appointments and am accessible to patients to ensure that their concerns are heard and they feel understood. Focusing on the whole person, I work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans to address various aspects of their lives including sleep, nutrition and exercise, relationship strategies, coping skills, etc.

I use a complete approach to patient care, with emphasis on providing psychoeducation to patients and their families on the mind-body connection. I encourage my patients to be active advocates and participants in their treatment planning and care, including the use of complementary and natural therapies. I am also a strong proponent of optimizing outcomes through the concurrent use of therapy and mindfulness training in addition to pharmacological and other treatments. CEH offers traditional and alternative mental health services to ensure our patients have the best treatment and support available. CEH provides treatment for patients ages 4 and older, with a less-than two-week waiting period guaranteed at our 50+ office locations.
