I provide medication management for anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and so on, ideally as a supplement to an ongoing relationship with a psychotherapist. I work with school-aged children through adults, in a comfortable, informal office in Chapel Hill.

Caroline Obregon is a dual Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She has been in the medical field for a decade and has been a practicing provider for almost 4 years. Caroline specializes in treating issues or conditions related to mood disorders, anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, and other concerns experienced by adults and senior clients. Caroline earned her Master’s degree in Nursing from South University-Savannah and received her Post Master’s certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University.

Derek strives to provide an understanding and encouraging atmosphere where his patients can discuss their challenges, create goals, and cope with life’s stressors.

James wants his patients to feel heard and safe when they share questions or concerns. He helps children, adolescents, adults, and seniors with depression with psychosis, depression with suicidality, psychosis with long-acting injectables, and treatment-resistant depression.

Tamiqua is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) who diagnoses, treats, and manages various mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, trauma/PTSD, and many others. Her practice foundation is built upon compassion and empathy, focusing on the care of young and older adults.

I am a board-certified PA with a certificate of additional qualifications in psychiatry (CAQ-Psychiatry). I have experience working with adults with a myriad of psychiatric illnesses, but I have a vested interest in LGBTQ+ mental healthcare, treatment-resistant depression, personality disorders, and trauma-based disorders.

Dr. Michelle Maust was a doctor in the United States Army and has the knowledge and tools to help those working through crises. Dr. Maust specializes in adults suffering from anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and schizophrenia.

I am a board certified psychiatrist that practices holistic psychiatry and integrative medicine. I help my patients to achieve optimal mental health via a holistic approach that addresses each individual's physical, mental and spiritual health. I am experienced in complex medication management and psychotherapy as well as incorporating natural, medication-free options that may be just as essential to your overall well being. My belief is that mental health and emotional perspective heavily influence physical health and vice-versa. We provide Child and Adult Psychiatry, Therapy and Substance abuse clients via video across Florida. Our Board Certified Psychiatrists and Therapists are available to help everyday and we can offer same day appointments. Telepsychiatry or Telemedicine uses video link (via computer or smartphone) to offer appointments from home or outside clinic. It offers the option to see a psychiatrist any time as long as you have access to your smart phone or computer.

Tiffany Lindsay is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), with six years of experience with mental illness and substance use. Having worked primarily as a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse (PMHN-BC) in an inpatient crisis stabilization unit, Tiffany decided to pursue an advanced practice nursing degree to better bridge the gap in access to care and reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness in her community. Tiffany obtained a Bachelor's degree in nursing from Fayetteville State University and a Master's degree in nursing from East Carolina University.

I am a Board Certified PMHNP, with experience working with adults and adolescents with varied psychiatric disorders including, but not limited to ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, Alcohol and Substance use disorders, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorders to name a few. I also enjoy working with the older adult/geriatric population with disorders that include, but are not limited to Major Neurocognitive disorders, Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia. I use a patient centered approach to patient care, with emphasis on providing psychoeducation to patients and their families.

Elizabeth "Liz" Lemons is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who manages and treats a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep/insomnia, OCD, Bipolar II, PTSD, substance use, and other areas. She has over 10 years of experience working with teens, adults, and seniors.
