I am an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes in a holistic approach in order to satisfy one’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I utilize my knowledge and experience to provide medication management to assist patients in obtaining their specific treatment goals. As a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I have worked with clients across the lifespan, specializing in depression and anxiety disorders, mood dysregulation, trauma, addictions, attachment disruptions, and those struggling with adjustment and difficult transitions through life. My main approach to treatment is developing a collaborative relationship with my clients to enhance and foster an environment where patients feel validated while working to improve their psychosocial functioning. I’m a Psychiatry PA that treats children, adolescents and adults with OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, ADHD and Alcohol Use Disorder. Generally I believe less medication is better - however, I work with people to find a regimen that may help improve their lives. I have experience with treating various members of the community including healthcare workers, veterans, police officers, teachers, clergy, LGBTQA+, BIPOC and more. In my free time I like to spend time with my wife and son, hike, play guitar, go on meditation retreats and perform improv comedy.

I am Dr Obinna Ezealor, DNP, a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I have an extensive psychiatric experience, having worked for over 12 years in one of the NJ state-established long-term psychiatric hospital and experience in General and Addiction Psychiatry. I also have experience working both in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, and treating clients from various ethnic and cultural groups. Dr. Jennifer Bowen is a seasoned Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her academic journey includes a diverse range of studies, beginning with a Neuroscience degree from Tulane University and then advancing to nursing degrees, culminating in a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. In her practice, Jennifer provides a holistic approach to mental health care, with a particular focus on treating trauma-related disorders across all age groups. Her six years of experience in community mental health have cultivated her ability to empathize and collaborate with her patients.

I am an ANCC board-certified PMHNP. I received my MSN in Psychiatric Mental Health from Virginia Commonwealth University. I worked as an RN on a trauma step-down unit, helping patients who had endured bodily trauma and patients withdrawing from substances. The clinical experience I received during my training was largely with inpatient mood disorder and forensic psychiatric populations with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. When I began to work as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, that experience influenced my decision to focus on mental health.

I am a board certified adult psychiatrist with additional training in mind-body medicine. I have over 15 years of experience in NY/NJ treating patients in university hospitals, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I also serve as an expert consultant to psychiatrists, primary care doctors, and therapists for patients who need a thorough evaluation for the appropriateness of medications. I distinguish myself by having a collaborative, practical approach to treatment - all your interactions are directly with me , no administrators or secretaries are involved.

Dr. Peter Litwin is an Adult Psychiatrist in New Jersey who has been practicing since 1995. He completed medical school at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, after which he did his adult psychiatric residency at Albert Einstein. Dr. Litwin offers all his clients support, hope, and education about their clinical issues. He also connects with them on a personal level, and truly appreciates their commitment to treatment.
