I am currently looking for clients interested in working on their mental well-being through a deeper understanding of themselves. Through this work of introspection, we hope to better manage relationship conflicts, recurring issues with anxiety or moods, and self-sabotaging behaviors. By better understanding our past ways of interacting and experiencing the world, we can more more consciously work toward goals for the future.
My practice focuses on providing psychodynamic psychotherapy, with the addition of medication management when beneficial. This work often involves weekly follow up with 50 minute sessions.
