My name is Christina Gormly and I am currently scheduling new clients for telehealth sessions. I specialize in caring for children, adolescents, and young adults. I take a warm and holistic approach, utilizing CBT and DBT methods to assist you in meeting your goals. I enjoy working with families with complex needs. I am certified by the ANCC to treat mental health conditions across the lifespan. I have extensive experience in treating eating disorders, as well as depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, trauma, attention deficit, and mood dysregulation.

Traditional psychiatry has its place in helping millions, but what if you're looking for a more nutritional point of view. We are what we eat, and we suffer when if we do not have the essentials for a healthy body. I focus on lifestyle, psychosocial, physical, spiritual, and nutritional perspective. I have a private practice consisting of clients seeking psychiatric medication and a small number of adult clients seeking counseling only. I see both children and adults for psychiatric medication. Clients seek services for Depression, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as many other symptoms.

Kristy Taylor is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2004. She earned a Bachelors in Nursing from the University of New Hampshire, a Masters in Nursing (Adult Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist) from the University of North Carolina, and a Masters in Nursing (Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) from Rivier College. Kristy has education and experience in both Adult Medicine and Psychiatry, which allows her to provide comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnostic formulation, and to develop evidence-based, holistic treatment plans.

Our Concord office is now open; our practice is composed of both Psychiatric Nurse Practioners (PMHNPs) and therapists. Our PMHNPs serve patients from teens through adults with serious mental illness, including Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, and Bipolar Disorder, as well as substance use disorders. If you desire personalized, responsive care, targeted to your specific goals, and are able to function in the community without a case manager, we would welcome you as a patient.

Roselin Raja is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with over 9 years’ experience in the behavioral health area. She earned both Bachelor’s in Nursing and Master’s in Nursing (Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) from Rivier University. Her experience comes through working in various behavioral health settings such as in-patient, outpatient and community care. She works with clients ages 6 - 64 using both telehealth and in-person visits. Specializes in psychopharmacologic evaluation and medication management.

My practice is grounded in collaboration with clients to build comfort and trust. It is my goal to create a safe and inclusive environment where we will work together toward achieving your goals.

Dually board certified a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult Nurse Practitioner, with a background in internal medicine, I have extensive experience in treating a wide variety of mental health concerns in the setting of physical health. Comprehensive services include consultation, psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment with particular focus on development of a strong therapeutic partnership. I provide primarily medication management, some psychotherapy and alternative modalities to adolescents and adults, ages 16 and up. Appointments are offered in person or via telehealth.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who understands the importance of providing healthcare from a holistic perspective, centered on healing the whole person (mind, body, and spirit). I am certified in working with all ages, from children to the elderly. I can help with anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, ASD, and Schizo-affective disorders. My psychiatric experience includes working in acute care psychiatric hospitals as well as private practice outpatient mental health care.

I have almost two decades of experience as a nurse practitioner and therapist treating individuals with mental health struggles. I enjoy working with women's mental health issues including postpartum, motherhood journeys, fertility struggles, PMDD and relationships. I also enjoy working with as a gender affirming provider and trauma informed practice. I offer medication or medication and therapy to treat the whole person as each journey is different. As an integrative mental health provider, it's important to me to curate a wellness plan that fits your needs. It's my goal to listen and empower you along the way.

My name is Dr. Johnson. I am a double-board certified psychiatric provider. I love to help people dealing with real-life issues including depression, anxiety, trauma and those struggling with self-defeating behaviors.
