Our Concord office is now open; our practice is composed of both Psychiatric Nurse Practioners (PMHNPs) and therapists. Our PMHNPs serve patients from teens through adults with serious mental illness, including Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, and Bipolar Disorder, as well as substance use disorders. If you desire personalized, responsive care, targeted to your specific goals, and are able to function in the community without a case manager, we would welcome you as a patient.
Our company was established in 2017; we have an office in Bedford, NH near the Manchester line, and now are in Concord as well. We serve patients in person or offer online appointments, for your convenience or preference. We strive to create a long term, ongoing relationship so that trust and reliability can be well established.
It can be difficult and even stigmatizing to find mental health care. We do try to reduce barriers- as a small independent practice, we strive to answer your call with a live person or return it within 24 hours. If we are not a fit for you, we suggest other options locally.
