Dr. Carlock is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents and adults with a special interest in treating individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or trauma. In addition to prescribing medication, Dr. Carlock utilizes skills learned from the Center for Mind-Body Medicine to help individuals treat their mental health symptoms in a more holistic way. She completed the Professional Training Program in Mind-Body Medicine, the Advanced Mind-Body Medicine Professional Training Program, and other online webinars.

New appointment times are available starting in January, 2017. I look forward to working with patients that desire to improve their emotional and mental health and are motivated to take active steps toward achieving their recovery.

She works primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults with special interests in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, depression and anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. Ellie believes in advocating for her clients' academic success and has an understanding of the impact mental health can have on educational experience

Faith Sapit, PMHNP-BC is a Master prepared, nationally certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Licensed in New Mexico, Texas, Arizona and Minnesota. She has served the nursing field with an emphasis in both Adults and pediatric mental health care for the last 2 Years as a nurse practitioner and 10+ years as a Nurse in general.

Dr. Homan graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine in 2010, Psychiatry Residency Training at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in 2013, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in 2015.
