My name is Gonzalo Laje and I am a doubled Board certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist with over 25 years of experience and special interest in psychopharmacology. I completed my training at NYU/Bellevue Hospital and NIMH/Children's in DC. I evaluate and treat patients of all ages and severities with an emphasis on difficult to treat cases. My goal is to alleviate your symptoms and improve your quality of life.

My approach is integrative, which means that treatment with medications may be combined with non-medication options, such as mindfulness-based interventions, life-style optimization, and nutritional supplementation. Together, we will develop an individualized well-being plan, which will incorporate your unique goals, and importantly, your perspective on health. Dr. Schubert MD is Board Certified in Psychiatry and has experience in and passion for treating a diverse patient population with particular interest in children (and young at heart) adults and professionals struggling with mental health issues. He has particular interests in ADHD, Anxiety/Depressive disorders, PTSD, Substance Use Disorders, eating disorders, and personality disorders with interpersonal relationship struggles. He takes particular pride in finding missed medical diagnoses with psychological issues related to chronic/acute medical illness, as these tend to be more rapidly cured.

Dr. Swaminathan Thangaraj is board certified in both adult psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. He received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, then completed general psychiatry residency at Drexel College of Medicine, followed by child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Before joining the outpatient psychiatry team at CareMind Health/Mindoula Clinical Services, Dr. Thangaraj worked as a child and adolescent psychiatrist at Sheppard-Pratt Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and McLean Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, she believes that the most important aspect of care is listening to the client's unique story. Although medication management is a large part of her role, medicine is only prescribed when absolutely necessary. Dr. Patterson will assess your genetics, reproductive hormonal events, as well as life events/stressors and responses to them. Dr. Patterson also specializes in child and adolescent mental health.
