I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I believe in an integrated approach to mental health, utilizing medication management alongside the development of healthy and sustainable skills to navigate the struggles we experience moving through life. I provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorder, as well as other mental health disorders. I strongly believe in staying current with the latest research and guidelines in psychopharmacology and neuroscience in order to best help my patients.
My practice focuses on depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, and addiction, in addition to other mental health issues. I can help you to feel better and attain a higher quality of life.
I understand the struggle of navigating life while suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, and emotional instability. Life is difficult. These conditions make everything harder. I want to help. I serve patients in Massachusetts and New Hampshire via telehealth and in-person sessions. I am able to schedule most new patients within one week.
