Elysee received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Chamberlain University in Illinois and his Master of Science in Nursing degree from Regis College in Weston, Mass. At the Bedford VA Hospital where he currently works, Elysee provides mental health assessments, evaluations, medication management and psychotherapy to adults struggling with issues like depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder and other mental health issues

Jess is the director of PHHC, a holistic mental health clinic that offers psychiatric, therapeutic, and wellness services. She is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and certified yoga instructor, and has been working in mental health for over 15 years. She was educated at Brandeis University and Boston College. Her style is holistic and evidence-driven and she enjoys utilizing mindfulness practices in her work to help folks live their lives with full intention.
