I'm a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who provides compassionate, trauma-informed care to adults aged 18 and over. My practice is built on the belief that a safe and supportive environment is essential for healing, and I hold space for my clients so they feel heard and understood.
I believe in compassionate, client-centered care and encourage my clients to become aware of their inner strength and emotional resilience. I guide my clients to meet their goals by utilizing evidence-based treatment.
Using a holistic and collaborative approach, I will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan focusing on both symptom management and overall wellness.
