I offer holistic and therapeutic psychiatry to help adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, and treatment-resistant depression identify and address the root causes of their mental health struggles. I also specialize in reproductive psychiatry, providing support for women's emotional well-being throughout the perinatal period, which includes the time before, during, and after childbirth. My treatment philosophy centers on a holistic, patient-centric approach, integrating medication management with psychotherapy, mindfulness, nutraceutical supplementation, sleep optimization, and lifestyle interventions.

For patients with treatment-resistant depression, I work with therapists trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) to provide ketamine therapy. This treatment can rapidly reduce depressive symptoms and foster a greater sense of well-being and empowerment.

With a Master’s in Nursing from UCSF, fellowships in Reproductive and Integrative psychiatry, and extensive training in ketamine therapy, I bring a rare blend of expertise to my practice.
