I specialize in supporting women's emotional well-being throughout the perinatal period, which includes the time before, during, and after childbirth. My treatment philosophy centers on a holistic, patient-centric approach, integrating medication management with psychotherapy, mindfulness, nutraceutical supplementation, sleep optimization, and lifestyle interventions.
