I am a board certified psychiatrist who has been working in both academic and private sectors for the past 20 years in Chicago area. My areas of expertise are reproductive psychiatry (pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, infertility), as well as mood and anxiety disorders in both genders. My extensive experience, knowledge and multicultural sensitivity, have shaped my approach to treatment as individualized and holistic. I am combining integrative methods with psychopharmacology and psychotherapeutic modalities to address complex mental health difficulties and treat them successfully. My practice is via tele-psychiatry only.

Dr. Nakshabandi draws from 10 years of psychiatric training experience across a wide range of settings including Harvard Medical School, The University of Chicago, The Department of Veterans Affairs and over 40 different sites across two continents. Dr. Nakshabandi has extensive knowledge on a wide array of therapeutic techniques, medication management algorithms, and complementary approaches to treatment. His treatment approach is rooted in empathy and strives to heal by evoking it.

I am dedicated to creating a compassionate and holistic approach to mental health care, recognizing the intricate connection between mind, body, and spirit. I am traditionally trained in psychiatry with an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and a Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Medical Sciences. I have worked in a variety of settings to include inpatient, outpatient, child, and addictions work. I have found a passion for working with adults primarily with mood disorders but also full-spectrum of psychiatric issues as well as issues that do not fit into diagnostic categories.

In reflective fashion, Kermit the Frog once sang, “it’s not easy being green”. If we replace “green” with anxious, angry, sad, depressed, lonely, or hurt, we feel the truth of the lyric. But for many of us that feel “green” over time, it can start to feel like it’s not easy being “me”. To make things even more difficult, most of the things that make us, “us”, are physically unseen; our personalities, our traumas (known or unknown), our beliefs, our emotions and thoughts. Navigating the “unseen” aspects in us is what fuels my passion in psychiatry, and to offer any support in that journey, is an honor.

Dr. Gundu Reddy is licensed in Illinois. Prior to starting a residency at Mount Sinai School of medicine, she pursued additional research in HIV psychiatry. As well as residency training, she has also pursued further training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the NYU Psychoanalytic Institute. She states that whether prescribing medication, family, or relationship therapy, understanding psychodynamic conflict and causes of symptoms will cause help to enhance the quality of care. As well as psychodynamic training Dr. Reddy also has a background in integrative psychiatry and treatment resistance.

Dr. Helena Radomska is a Medical Doctor, specializing in Psychiatry. Practicing in Chicago area since 1999 with strong background in General medicine, Neuropsychiatry and Sleep medicine. She is holistically approaching every Patient concern. She is Addiction medicine specialist for any form of addiction. Her passion is treating Relationship trauma, Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome and Complex PTSD. Also has experience in treatment Post-partum Depression, Depression due to hormonal changes, PMDD, and menopause.

Dr. Carter graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with his BSN and later earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Rush University. He also is an alumni of SAMHSA’s Minority Fellowship Program (MFP), whose aim is to improve behavioral health care outcomes for racial and ethnic populations. He works actively to further understand individuals' experience with mental health and help guide future clinical implications.

I was first trained in General Psychiatry at Chicago Medical School, Rosalind Franklin University and then I finished fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine, Children’s Hospital of Chicago Ann & Robert H. My name is Tomi ,a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Chicagoland area with experience treating patients across the lifespan. I am a board certified adult, child & adolescent psychiatrist. I completed medical school at the University of Illinois in Chicago, a general (adult) psychiatry residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and a child psychiatry fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. The training I received in residency and fellowship has prepared me to manage essentially any psychiatric issue that comes through my clinic doors, regardless of severity or complexity.
