Dr. Yveline Jacques is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida. Dr. Jacques has been in the medical field for over 25 years and has been practicing psychiatry for the past eight years. She is certified to treat clients across the lifespan, but she specialized in adult psychiatry, helping clients with a variety of psychiatric illnesses including major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactive disorder, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia.

I am a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience in direct patient care. As a doctorate prepared nurse practitioner, I have the highest level of education in my field. I have strong clinical skills enhanced by a natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. I follow evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience and patient values. I believe in treating the person as a whole and am passionate about helping my patients achieve optimal mental and physical health.

Dr. Boulay, a Doctor of Nursing Practice. She is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner and a family nurse practitioner with many years of medical and mental health treatment experience. Her unwavering commitment to mental health and primary care has elevated El-Shaddai Elohim Medical Center to become one of the premier mental health facilities in South Florida.

Born and raised in Cuba, Dr. Carmona received his Doctorate of Medicine (MD) in GI & Family Medicine at the Havana Medical School, and practiced as a physician from 2002 to 2009. In 2007, Dr. Carmona moved to the Republic of Namibia in Southern Africa, where for two years he provided critical medical services to roughly twenty-five thousand people living in rural villages and isolated areas.

Hablo Español- I am a dual-board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner with over 14 years of experience in the healthcare field. I provide compassionate and culturally sensitive mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults. I feel confident dealing with individuals with conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, bipolar disorder and parenting challenges. I use an integrative approach to empower my clients to achieve their goal in their mental health journey. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish.
