Hello, I’m Tim, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have always been interested in the mind-body connection and am very excited to work with new patients to help them define what they would like to work on and find a safe and effective path forward.

I am excited to address medication management and diagnostic clarification for patients with Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorders, OCD, ADHD, PTSD and others.

I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of Psychiatric Mental Health experience, focusing mostly in crisis treatment, alcohol and opioid dependence along with the treatment of schizophrenia, depression, and anxiety. I consult all clients without judgment, exclude no psychiatric issue or age group and truly believe every patient deserves only the best treatment and care. I have worked in several different units in the psychiatric Hospitals around the Miami area. I have two beautiful young children and an amazing wife that supports me in everything I do; they are the backbone of my life.

David J. Williams, M.D., is a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist in private practice in Denver, CO specializing in talk therapy. Dr. Williams treats patients with chronic work and relationship problems, ADHD, Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Panic Disorder. While trained in the use of medications, Dr. Williams also has extensive additional experience and training in providing talk therapy for chronic or recurrent mood and anxiety problems for patients seeking treatment beyond medication management.

I will listen carefully to your concerns, conduct a complete assessment, and then discuss the pro's and con's of your different treatment options so you can make the best decision for yourself or your child. I often recommend combinations of psychotherapy and medications. I have found that carefully prescribed medication frequently enables people to grow more rapidly in psychotherapy.

I am board certified in adult, child, & adolescent psychiatry. My goals are to alleviate suffering and focus on improving my patients' relationships, school or work-life balance, and ultimate acceptance of the self. My preference is to pursue wellness first through therapy, nutrition, exercise, and optimizing sleep. Medications may also be needed, and with my medical background I can prescribe them using safety and the newest evidenced based practices. I feel the therapeutic alliance, or the partnership between a psychiatrist and patient, is essential for an individual to receive the greatest possible benefits from the therapy.
