Please read before contacting my office: 1) My practice is focused on intense psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and group therapy. I DO NOT offer medication services except for the patients that receive therapy at my practice. 2)I’m out-of-network for all insurance plans. All the associated service fees would be considered out-of-network/out-of-pocket). Visit my website: insightfulattachment.com for more information about the new patients' intake process, and fees.
Mental health issues can be disabling and stressful for children and adults; and they can severely impact families, relationships, and social and professional functionality. I am a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist, and I offer compassionate, humanistic, and evidenced-based psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, and group therapy.

Process group therapy offers a safe, interpersonal, and dynamic environment where each group member could share and gain insight into their emotional and relationship struggles by interacting with other members and the group's leader. Please note that process groups are different from support groups. If you'd like to watch a process group in action, please search "Group, Season 1, Episode 1" on YouTube.
