Mariah is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Mariah began her career as an RN working in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit. She quickly became very interested in neuroscience and involved herself in research projects. The intrigue of neuroscience and the passion for connection with patients as a bedside RN led Mariah to pursue a career as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Maria gained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at James Madison University in 2016. She has experience working at the bedside in various settings in the metropolitan D.C. area over the last 6 years.

Emma Boateng is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides comprehensive care, manages, and treats a wide range of mental health disorders including depression, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, and eating disorders. Emma is passionate and goes above and beyond. She places her patients first, always providing therapeutic care with respect. Emma completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and PMHNP certifications at Walden University.
