I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of nursing practice. With extensive experience in mental health, psycho-education, patient care, and chronic pain management, I use evidence-based practices to help my clients achieve their goals. I treat various conditions, including depression, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, anger, relationship issues, grief/loss, stress, OCD, and eating disorders.
