This ten-week support group is offered for caregivers: people in helping professions such as education, social work or nursing, people caring for elderly and/or disabled family members, or those engaged in caring for their larger community through advocacy, organizing or activism. In addition to wisdom, insight and connection gained from other group members who share similar experiences, you will learn helpful skills including boundaries, asking for support, discernment, and “filling your cup.” Sessions will be offered on a sliding scale between $30-70/session. This group will begin when sign-ups are full (expected start: April 2023).

When we see ourselves clearly, it's good for the people around us. Trying to live well and do right by others when we don't honestly know ourselves usually has unintended impacts. If you've been quick to help people, but reluctant to seek support for yourself, let's talk. I welcome people who are skeptical about therapy. It is very important to me to be affirming of all genders and expressions, and to be an active anti-racist ally.
