Growing up in homes where addiction is present we may develop patterns of relating that wreak havoc in our adult relationships. In this experiential workshop we explore the impact of addiction on our relational life. We examine the underpinnings of strategies we took on to get through, and explore taking on new roles in response to ourselves, each other, and our world.

This group meets twice a week to build community, focus on expressing self and being heard, seen and valued. The Spring, Summer and Autumn sessions occur on Monday and Wednesdays from 4:00-5:30pm. The facilitator uses the 3 Phases of Healing from Divorce to guide the participants to their new normal way of life. We will meet on ZOOM.
