I specialize in working with BIPOC, LGTBQIA, Polyamory/Non-Monogamous, and Kink/BDSM communities to provide comprehensive, evidence based, trauma informed, sex positive therapy, that meets the needs of sexual marginalized populations.
I want to understand your personal context, within larger systems and communities; at the intersections of your social identity. I use therapy techniques including Mindfulness, Contextual and Attachment-Based strategies to provide you a culturally competent space to process and reflect, to gain knowledge of attachment patterns, and to focus self-agency.
