I believe I have much to offer you in terms of a holistic approach to therapy that puts you in the driver seat, and a non-judgmental safe space to discuss any problem you wish to bring into the office. I am no stranger to tapping into my own personal reservoir of kindness and compassion when it comes to helping my clients. There is a behavioral piece to therapy too. I offer my clients a way to structure their goals into manageable chunks. We touch base regularly to check progress. I graduated with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Texas State University - San Marcos. I have worked in in-patient and outpatient community mental health settings. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but employ a variety of techniques to address psychological pain and behavioral issues.
