My advanced training is in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) which is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms. My experience and training helps us to quickly identify key issues, unconscious factors and ways to resolve them.
