I have over a decade of hands-on experience in the mental health field as a bilingual counselor. My focus & expertise include but are not limited to meaning and shame, life transitions, healthy relationships, dating and breakups, grief, body image, pre/post bariatric, ACOA, caregivers, Alzheimer’s and dementia, depression, anxiety & healthy coping.
I personally know how hard it can be to choose your own emotional well-being over a relationship or situation. I have been there! I have sat in that “client-chair” and shared my most vulnerable experiences and feelings. I have had to hold up a mirror to my own mistakes and shortcomings. It’s not easy, but it is oh-so-worth it.
