Hello, I’m Alyssa Milton and thank you for taking time to choose you and your families’ needs. At Alternative Directions Counseling & Consulting, we enjoy helping with teenagers and young adults focus on alternative paths in which they choose to go. With a lot of experience working in school-based programs, mental health inpatient settings, outpatient, and residential programs, we've have seen first hand a variety of mental health disorders that individuals struggle with. Also working with veterans has always been a rewarding experience to help those that have served our country.
