I am a Clinical Psychologist and owner of Del Soul Counseling & Wellness in Peoria. At our growing center we have experienced psychotherapists with a wide range of specialties, including, Hypnotherapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), substance abuse, sex and love addiction. In the fall we are adding couples therapy.
Every therapist at Del Soul has a special focus and for many of us that includes developmental trauma. We understand the complexities of the effects of trauma on an individual's experience of themselves, others, and the world. Clients are happy to learn they can heal from trauma, restoring hope, self-esteem, self-care, energy, peace, intimacy, and health.
