Hello and welcome! I'm Cathy, I have a deep commitment to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, those healing from religious trauma, and adolescents on their transformative journeys. A large percentage of my clients are neurodivergent and I am neurodivergent myself. My passion lies in creating empowering and inclusive therapeutic spaces where individuals can embrace their authentic selves and find healing and growth. I also have experience working with trans individuals, late diagnosed autistic individuals, ADHD, AuDHD, other LGBTQ+ individuals, and helping partners and parents of the above listed individuals.
My therapeutic style is rooted in a holistic and strength-based approach, recognizing the resilience and potential within each individual. I collaborate with clients to identify their unique strengths and empower them to harness these qualities to overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals.
