Together I can help you achieve a personal sense of well being through counseling. My therapeutic approach is an interactive goal oriented approach using cognitive behavior therapy. I work with adults, couples, adolescents and families, on a broad range of topics including relationship difficulties, stress management, depression, anxiety, childhood challenges, school related issues,anger management, marital and pre-martial issues, co-parenting, divorce, domestic violence, and bereavement.
