Finding a person who can help guide you through those challenges and give you a sense of safety and support is important as we traverse our healing journeys. As a community minded therapist, I bring years of experience with children and youth within the school system, as well as my own lived-experiences as a second generation Filipino-Canadian. This perspective allows me to see the various facets and life circumstances that make you, you!
When working with clients, I remain curious and non-judgmental. With my understanding of attachment and trauma, I hope to bring my clients a different perspective of their lived experience that can help them make improvements in their lives. I draw from various evidence-based approaches to meet the needs of each of my clients, as every individual is unique.
