My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of modalities, including Eye- Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (Level 1 Certified), Strategic Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, and Executive function coaching.
