With 10 years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, and home-based settings I have helped adults with a wide range of mental health concerns. My focus has been on individuals and families with significant psychiatric needs, and my passion lies in helping individuals overcome the impact of trauma/PTSD, peripartum mood and anxiety disorders, and life transitions. I draw from many theoretical backgrounds to tailor treatment to each client. I use CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed interventions.
My therapeutic style is characterized by warmth, humor, active listening, and an unwavering commitment to empowering clients with the coping skills needed to thrive. I help clients rebuild their confidence and self-esteem, and provide the perspective needed for clients to reach their full potential. I provide one on one sessions for adults aged 18+.
