Sometimes we ask ourselves, 'Why do I feel this way? Am I the only one going through this?' The answer is that you are human and you are not alone! We all go through life transitions, anxiety or relationship conflicts that can be overwhelming and can leave us struggling to find meaning and purpose in life. Reaching out for support is a courageous first step and I am grateful to walk along side of those willing to begin their own unique healing journey. I hope to work together to explore and promote personal growth and healing that will continue to serve you well after the therapeutic process has ended.
I can support you by providing a safe space and welcoming you where you are emotionally. We can work towards identifying unsupportive thoughts and behaviors to gain further inner peace and wholeness while also learning how to apply learned skills in the future to cultivate empowerment over living a more meaningful life.
I offer therapy services for NC residents exclusively online at Olive and Vine Counseling, PLLC. I welcome you and your uniqueness. I don’t claim to have all the answers but I can promise that your individuality will be honored and celebrated as we creatively use it as a tool to identify goals and build on your strengths throughout the treatment process.
