My name is Jeff and I have worked with young people in Devon and Cornwall since 2010 in variety of roles from youth worker, coach, mentor, trainer and now psychotherapeutic counsellor.
My counselling work is based on an integrative model which enables me to be flexible and responsive to your needs. All my work is rooted in trauma informed and shame sensitive practice where you can feel safe to explore your inner world.
