I am an integrative, collaborative therapist grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS). Therapy may be infused with a variety of healing modalities including embodiment practices, mindfulness, breath-work, and EFT (tapping). I offer therapy to adults, couples, adolescents (16+) & parents (in conjunction with adolescent therapy).
